    The application collects and stores the following body measurement data for progress tracking and training program personalization:

    • Arm circumference (in centimeters)
    • Leg circumference (in centimeters)
    • Chest circumference (in centimeters)
    • Waist circumference (in centimeters)
    • Hip circumference (in centimeters)
    • Body fat percentage (if available)
    • Muscle mass percentage (if available)
    • Other body parameters entered by the user

    This data is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers for progress tracking over time.

    1.3. Application usage data

    • Information about training session reservations
    • Training and exercise history
    • User activities and action history in the system
    • Statistics and metrics related to workouts

    1.4. Automatically collected technical data

    • Mobile device type and model
    • Operating system and version
    • Application version
    • IP address (when the application is connected to the internet)
    • Access time and application usage
    • Device identifiers (for technical support)

    2. Data usage

    We use collected data exclusively for business purposes and improving our services, including:

    • Enabling mobile application operation and training session reservations
    • Tracking and analyzing body measurements for user progress monitoring
    • Creating personalized training programs based on body data
    • Account administration and user rights management
    • Monitoring and analyzing application usage to improve performance
    • Communication with users regarding support, news and updates
    • Maintaining system security and preventing misuse
    • Generating statistics and progress reports

    3. Data sharing

    Biometric and body measurement data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    • Biometric and body measurement data: stored for long-term progress tracking. You can request deletion of this data at any time
    • Usage data: stored in accordance with legal obligations and service provision needs

    • Correct inaccurate or outdated data, including body measurements
    • Request deletion of their data, including biometric data, unless there is a legal obligation to store them

    The mobile application may store certain data locally on your device for faster access and offline operation. This data includes:

    • Body measurements and biometric data
    • Training history
    • Application settings

    You can delete locally stored data by uninstalling the application or using the data deletion option in the application settings.

    We reserve the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy. All changes will be published in the application with an updated effective date. We recommend that you periodically check this policy for information about any changes. Continued use of the application after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    Our mobile application for reserving training sessions, managing fitness services and tracking body measurements provides information within the data entered by users. Pulse Power Fitness is not responsible for any errors in data entered by users, nor does it guarantee absolute accuracy of information about reservations, training sessions, body measurements or services.

    11. Acceptance of terms

    By using our mobile application and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the application.
