    Welcome to Pulse Power Fitness mobile application (hereinafter: "application"), developed and maintained by Pulse Power Fitness (hereinafter: "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our mobile application, you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before you start using the application.

    1. Service description

    The Pulse Power Fitness mobile application enables users to:

    • Reserve training sessions
    • Track their progress through entry and monitoring of body measurements (height, weight, arm, leg, chest, waist, hip circumference)
    • Communicate with trainers
    • Manage their fitness programs
    • Track training and exercise history
    • Receive personalized training programs based on body data

    The system includes modules for reservations, progress tracking, entry and storage of biometric data, personalized training programs and communication between users and trainers.

    2. Application usage

    Users undertake to use the mobile application exclusively in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the application in a way that may cause damage to the Company, other users or third parties.

    The user is responsible for:

    • Accuracy and correctness of data entered into the system (e.g., personal data, reservations, body measurements)
    • Accuracy of entered biometric data (height, weight, circumferences)
    • Regular updating of body measurements for accurate progress tracking

    3. User accounts

    • Each user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their access data (username and password).

    • The user is responsible for all activities that take place under their account.

    • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

    4. Body measurement and biometric data

    • Users may enter and store their body measurement data (height, weight, arm, leg, chest, waist, hip circumference) in the application.

    • This data is used exclusively for progress tracking and training program personalization.

    • The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered body measurements.

    • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of calculated statistics or projections based on entered data.

    • The user may request deletion of their biometric data at any time.

    5. Limitation of liability

    The Company Pulse Power Fitness makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the mobile application, but does not guarantee that all data (especially those entered by users, including body measurements) will always be accurate, complete or up-to-date.

    The Company is not responsible for:

    • Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application
    • Inaccurate body measurements entered by the user
    • Consequences arising from the use of inaccurate data
    • Data loss due to technical issues or application errors (regular backups are recommended)

    6. Intellectual property rights

    All intellectual property rights over the mobile application, design, code, databases and content belong to the company Pulse Power Fitness. It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any part of the application without prior written consent from the Company.

    7. Right to modifications and access limitation

    The Company reserves the right to modify, update or temporarily limit access to the mobile application at any time for maintenance, upgrades or other justified reasons.

    We also reserve the right to:

    • Limit or revoke user access in case of suspected abuse, security breach or non-compliance with these terms
    • Temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in case of terms violation

    8. Data collection and protection

    By using the mobile application, you accept that certain data about your account, body measurements, biometric data and activities in the system are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

    The Company does not share your data, especially biometric and body measurement data, with third parties except when necessary for service operation or by law.

    9. Usage restrictions

    It is prohibited to use the mobile application for purposes not intended by its business model, including:

    • Automated data collection
    • Unauthorized access to other accounts
    • Attempts to compromise system or database security
    • Using the application on devices that are modified (root, jailbreak) in a way that may compromise security

    10. Technical requirements

    The mobile application requires:

    • A compatible mobile device with the appropriate operating system
    • Internet connection for certain functionalities (reservations, data synchronization)
    • Regular application updates for optimal performance

    The Company does not guarantee application operation on all device models or operating system versions.

    11. Terms of use changes

    The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. All changes will be published in the application and take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend that you periodically check the terms to stay informed about current conditions. Continued use of the application after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    13. Acceptance of terms

    By using our mobile application and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
